Oh yeah, I forgot to add how to do those little quicklaunch menus I've got at the bottom. I'll do it as a basic walk up in case I lose anybody along the way.

Make a folder somewhere out of the way. This is going to be the location of the toolbar.
Make folders inside of this for any "menus" you want. You can also add buttons, like the "Command" button I have.
Put additional folders or shortcuts to applications into your "menus" to help fill them out. You can change these later if you have to.
To give the folder an icon, right click on it and go to Properties. Go to the Customize tab and "Choose icon".
Right-click the taskbar and go to "Toolbars", "New Toolbar...". Direct it to the first folder you made.
To make the menu pop-up instead of just open the folder, you have ot hold down Ctrl when you click it.

Personally, I unchecked "Show Title" so that the folder name doesn't show up anymore, and I left "Show Text" checked to leave the names of the menus up. You can do things to flavor, really. This trick also works for pointing the toolbar at "My Computer" to give you quick access to your hard drives through a menu interface.

Neat trick, if I do say so myself.

Can't believe I used a PNG for this >.< I used to complain about stupid people making huge file sizes and ignoring the dial-up modem users. Damn high speed internet!

The WinAmp skin is MMD5, available on their webste. That particular color set is something I made myself, though. You won't find it in the defaults.
